Dates have been an extremely important part of our diet this passed month and are very nutritious.
I compiled the start of a small recipe book which include easy to do recipes for younger ones to do with very little intervention from us.
Let your little ones make you a date smoothie after you have iftaar to help you revive your body with the ever beneficail dates.

Jazak-Allah for the recipe book. We found some fresh dates at the stores here. Kids won't believe they are dates! So we are observing "date dehydration" currently.
